Lob is now available on the Salesforce AppExchange

The Salesforce AppExchange is an enterprise cloud marketplace that provides countless prebuilt apps and solutions to businesses. While the marketplace is robust, historically, Salesforce customers looking to implement direct mail were unable to find an out-of-the-box solution that meets their needs.

That changes now. Today, we’re thrilled to announce a fully native solution on the Salesforce AppExchange in partnership with Veezla. Customers can now leverage the app, Veezla Print & Mail - powered by Lob, for all of their direct mail needs.The app leverages Veezla’s proprietary platform, powered by Lob, and built on top of Salesforce Lightning to enable customers full customization and integration seamlessly into any of their business’s unique workflows. There are currently no other comparable offerings available that exclusively enable direct mail within Salesforce.

The Print & Mail App will allow customers to trigger and automate sending postcards, letters, and checks at scale. Customers will be able to leverage dynamic HTML for endlessly personalized content and track individual mailpieces in real-time. Mailpiece tracking can easily be ingested directly back into Salesforce, opening the door to coordinated follow-up activities (think an email as soon as a letter reaches the mailbox) or gaining actionable insights with reporting and analytics. The app also leverages Lob’s address verification capabilities that will allow customers to validate and standardize addresses, eliminating return-to-sender mail and optimizing campaign ROI.

The App provides a complete, robust, end-to-end print and mail solution enabling customers to:
