We're proud to be named SupplyTech Breakthrough's 2026 Delivery Platform of the Year.

Awards are great, but what matters most is what this recognition says about the platform we've built and the problems we're helping customers solve.

Most direct mail providers focus on production and hand off the rest. We built a delivery platform that continuously optimizes how mail moves through the supply chain, helping customers shorten delivery windows, control postage costs, and improve delivery predictability at scale.

Here are just a few of the innovations that contributed to this recognition:

  • Postal IQ routing intelligence, which determines the most efficient production and delivery path for every mailpiece.
  • A nationwide Print Delivery Network, allowing mail to be produced closer to recipients and enter the USPS network more efficiently.
  • Drop-ship and entry-point optimization that helps reduce transit times and control postage costs.
  • Network-level orchestration that treats multiple print and fulfillment partners as a single, coordinated supply chain.

What makes me most proud is the team behind it. Lob’s logistics, engineering, product, and partner teams have worked together to rethink how direct mail moves through the supply chain. The result is a platform that behaves less like a traditional print vendor and more like a modern delivery network.

Most importantly, we've built it for our customers. Whether they're sending thousands of pieces or millions, they need mail to arrive quickly, predictably, and cost-effectively. That's the challenge we focus on every day.

Thank you to SupplyTech Breakthrough for the recognition, and thank you to everyone who helped make it possible.
