Today, we are excited to announce that Lob has raised $50 million in Series C financing led by Y Combinator Continuity. This brings our total capital raised to $80 million.

It’s been almost eight years since Harry and I set up printers in our Sunnyvale apartment with the goal of providing a more intelligent way to send direct mail. Since then, Lob has helped 8,500+ companies successfully create powerful and automated direct mail workflows. Lob has built the largest print delivery network in America, and has already delivered mail to one in every two households in the U.S.

Today’s funding gives us the ability to more rapidly bring innovation and growth to our expanding customer base of Fortune 500 companies, including some of the largest senders of direct mail in the world. Lob will be extensively growing the suite of tools enterprise teams need to execute, track, and iterate on highly sophisticated direct mail campaigns. In addition to growing our product capabilities, we will be expanding our Print Delivery Network to support the demand we’re experiencing as more and more businesses recognize the power of intelligent direct mail.

There is so much more to come for intelligent direct mail, and we’re so grateful to our customers, partners, and colleagues who have helped us reach this milestone.

To achieve our ambitious goals we will be hiring across all of our teams, to more than double our headcount in 2021. If you’re interested in joining our team of problem solvers, explore our careers page for open roles.
