Second, an all-in per-piece rate for each mail piece you send, which covers print, postage, and envelopes where applicable.

Print & Postage costs are the per-piece charges you pay each time you send a mail piece, separate from your monthly or annual subscription fee. They bundle together the cost of printing the piece, the postage to mail it, and the envelope where one applies, into a single rate that varies by mail format and plan tier.

It supports 150,000+ mailings a year, backed by white-glove onboarding and account services tailored to your program's needs. Access specialty mail formats and custom envelopes that aren't available elsewhere, plus specialty rates on print & postage as well as address verification. For healthcare brands, this tier offers HIPAA-compliant mailing support you won’t find in other tiers.

Lob offers a 30-day Enterprise free trial for high-volume senders, giving full access to Enterprise features and support. Print & Postage costs are not included; instead, they will be billed at discounted Enterprise rates. You can also get started for free with Lob's Developer tier, which has no subscription fee and gives you access to core features and standard print & postage rates for lower-volume sending.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime from the Plans & Usage tab in the Lob dashboard. If you want to close your account entirely, you can reach out to support@lob.com, or downgrade to the free Developer edition to keep your account open without paying a platform fee.
