Effective July 13, 2025*
Lob may increase the Mailpiece Fees every six (6) months by no more than two percent (2%) ("Mailpiece Fee Increase"). The Mailpiece Fee Increase, if any, shall be effective upon fifteen (15) days' notice (notice delivered via the platform and or email is sufficient). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lob may increase Mailpiece Fees due to a change in USPS postage rates at any time upon fifteen (15) days prior notice to Customer (notice delivered via the platform and or email is sufficient).
